Foods and Beverages made of Mangoes – For those who would like to have some good and healthy foods and beverages, here we have some. Just make sure, you have good mangos in order to get fresh and delicious results. As you know, mangos have great nutrients for our body. Here it goes for you;
1. Shrimp – Mango Ceviche
Add 400gr of shrimps, 1 cup of cucumbers, ½ of garlic, ¼ of onions, 1 cup of mango pieces, 1 cup of square pruned tomato, and pepper as you wish into a big bowl. Pour some salts, spices, chilies, and caraway seeds or squeezed lemon. Let it acid at least 2 hours. Serve it with coriander or lemon.
2. Mango Smoothies
Add 1 banana, ½ cup of yoghurt, 1 cup of orange juice, 1 cup of ice cubes, into a pot. Crush it with a blender. Add pieces of mangoes. It is then, ready to serve.
3. Mango Pancakes
Sift up 1 cup of wheat flour, 1 tablespoon, 1 tablespoon baking powder, ½ cinnamons, and salt as you wish. Shake 1 egg, 1 cup of milk cream, and 1 cup of mango juice in other bawl. Mix these two ingredients while shuffles it well continuously. Then, rub butter on an anti stick-cooking pot, pour 2-4 tablespoon of the ingredients. Bake it on middle temperature in an oven as long as it needs. Serve with your choosing syrup.
4. Mango Salad
Mixed; square pruned, half ripe 1 mango, square pruned I apple, ¾ cup of cashew nuts, 1 tablespoon of vinegar, ½ tablespoon of cinnamon, ¼ cherry tomato,1/4 tablespoon of ginger, and salt as you wish. Mix them well, and serve.
5. Mango Sorbet
Peel and square pruned 4 mangoes, 2 cups of sugar, cream as necessary, 2 cups of shape ice. Mix them and pour it into a big bowl. Seal it, and freeze it at least 1 hour. Serve it when it’s already frozen. It is ready to serve.
6. Young Coconut- Mango Pudding
Mix; boiled 2 packs of gelatin with coconut water, 2 square pruned mangoes, boiled 250 grams of brown sugar, ½ tablespoon of vanili, ½ tablespoon of salt and 1 tablespoon of rum, while stirr it well continously. Prepare the place for the ingredients ( you can use a big bowl, or a cooking pot, whatever you have) and apply a little bit of water. Put cuts of a coconut meats in the bottom. Pour the ingredients into th e place. Let it cold, and store it in a fridge. Let it in there for about 1 or 2 hour. Slice it into piecces, and it is ready to serve.
7. Mango Lassi
Mix; ½ of fresh mango, 1 pack of yoghurt with mango flavour, 100 ml of milk, 120 ml of puree, 45 ml of syrup or melted sugar, and lots of ice cubes. Blend them with a blender. Pour it in to glasses and add fresh mango as garnish. It is ready to serve.
8. Mango Iced Tea
Mix; ice cubes with 60 ml of melted sugar or syrup. Mix; 60ml of mango puree, and 60 ml of mango juice. Pour both of them into a blender. Blend it. Pour it into glasses. Lastly, add tea extract water into it. Add mint leaves as garnish.
